Definition des Bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens fehlt meines
Erachtens ein wichtiger Zusatz: “Sozialleistungen, die über das
Grundeinkommen hinaus gehen, bleiben erhalten”. Ich habe in der
gesamten Grundeinkommensdebatte noch keinen getroffen, der
ernsthaft in Frage stellt, dass solche bedarfsabhängigen
Leistungen weiterhin vom Staat übernommen werden. Deswegen
plädiere ich dafür, der Definition des Grundeinkommens einen
entsprechenden Passus hinzuzufügen. Das würde Befürchtungen
