Die Frage, wer und wenn ja wieviel Nachwuchs zeugen darf, wurde bei uns in Deutschland in der Vergangenheit bei vielen Menschen auf staatlicher Seite fragwürdig geregelt, auch die Regelungen anderer Länder sind für mich ähnlich fragwürdig. Es gibt genug Tendenzen auf der Erde, die den Utilitarismus so extrem auslegen, d.h. der Zweck heiligt die Mittel.
