<p>mir ist der Begriff "emazipatorisches Grundeinkommen" leider
immer noch zu schwammig. Auch das Frankfurter Manifest bringt
meines Erachtens nicht wirklich auf den Punkt was das nun
ausmachen soll. Zu viele Details bleiben offen, statt dessen
werden alte Feindbilder gepflegt. Statt differenziert zwischen
verschiedenen Vorschlägen zum BGE zu unterschieden, werde alle
Unternehmer und Vertreter des "globalen Kapitalismus" unter
generalverdacht gestellt, unabhängig von deren tatsächlicher
Motivation. <br>

<p>Und in der Definition wird der einleitende Satz, dass ein
Grundeinkommen JEDEM MITGLIED DER GESELLSCHAFT zusteht immer
wieder unterschlagen. Ich würde mir eine klare Position dazu
wünschen. BGE für ALLE die in Deutschland leben, Existenzsicherung
auch für Kinder (aktuell ist das Existenzminimum für Kinder bei
80% der Erwachsenen). Ein Fortbestehen von bedarfsgeprügten
Sozialleistungen die über das BGE hinaus gehen. KEIN 100%iger
Transferentzug, damit ein Lohnabstand wieder gilt, der vor ein
paar Jahren abgeschaft wurde. <br>

<p>Zwei Denkanstösse von mir dazu: <br>

erschreckend, wenn man feststellt, dass für Kinder in

als ich gestern von einem Mitglied des NWR auf Facebook lesen
musste, dass er das BGE gerne zur Geburtenkontrolle einsetzen
würde und ab dem 3. Kind kein BGE mehr befürworten würde. Auch
seine Anmerkung das schon existierende Kinder davon ausgenommen
seien und das ganze sich auf die globale Perspektive beziehen
würde relativert es nur leicht, aus meiner Perspektive. <br>

Die Frage ist durchaus berechtigt. Steht der Begriff BGE nicht
schon allein für eine bedingungslose Teilhabe aller mit der
damit verbundenen emanzipatorischen Wirkung? </p>
<p>Betrachtet man aber die vier Kriterien eines bedingungslosen
Grundeinkommens – individuell garantiert, ohne
Bedürftigkeitsprüfung, ohne Zwang zur Arbeit, ohne Gegenleistung
sowie existenz- und teilhabesichernd – dann wird nichts über die
politischen Rahmenbedingungen eines BGE ausgesagt. Zugespitzt
könnte man das BGE allein als eine garantierte staatliche
Transferleistung ansehen.<br>
Bei der Definition eines emanzipatorischen Grundeinkommens geht
es um viel mehr: Um eine neue Definition von Arbeit. Arbeit ist
weit mehr als Erwerbsarbeit. Um die Emanzipation aller Menschen.
Befreiung aus der Knechtschaft der Lohnarbeit. Um die
Abschaffung der Bedarfsprüfungen und der Bürokratie in 90% aller
Sozialfällen. Merke: Auch unter einem emanzipatorischen
Grundeinkommen werden staatliche Transferleistung in Härtefällen
weiterhin ausgezahlt. Stärkung einer demokratischen Wirtschaft,
inklusive Mitbestimmung was, wie und warum etwas produziert
werden soll. Stichwort Postwachstumsgesellschaft. Stärkung von
Gemeingütern inkl. nicht monetäre Leistungen, wie
fahrscheinloser ÖPNV, bezahlbarer sozialer Wohnungsbau, freier
Stromanteil für jeden Haushalt usw. Lebenslanges, freies Lernen
und Weiterbildung. Im Frankfurter Manifest sind diese Punkte

Das emanzipatorische Grundeinkommen stellt eine neue Stufe
unserer gesellschaftlichen Evolution dar, vergleichbar mit der
Abschaffung der Sklaverei, dem allgemeinen Wahlrecht, der
Gleichstellung von Mann, Frau und Transgender etc.</p>
