hinaus wird der Weg in die Selbständigkeit nicht mit einer
zeitlichen Frist beschränkt. Ein „Scheitern“ der Selbständigkeit
kann es in diesem Sinne nicht geben.</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><br>
</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2"><b>Der Bafög-Effekt, der
Qualifizierungseffekt</b></font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Das</font><font size="2"><b>
</b></font><font size="2">Grundeinkommen ersetzt das Bafög nicht nur,
es bietet eine viel bessere Unterstützung für Studierende. Das gilt
auch für berufliche Fortbildungen jeder Art. Damit wird es zum

stehen durch das Grundeinkommen unter Druck: entweder die
Arbeitsbedingungen oder der Lohn, eines von beiden muss stimmen,
sonst findet der Arbeitgeber bald keine Leute mehr.</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><br>

lohnen-Effekt</b></font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Jeder Euro mehr beim
Bruttoeinkommen führt zu einem garantierten Mehr beim
Nettoeinkommen. Diese Koppelung ist linear und erfolg ohne Sprünge
oder Brüche. Damit wird ein marktwirtschaftliches Prinzip
verwirklicht, das uns bisher vorenthalten wurde! (Siehe Tabelle)</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><br>

Wirtschaftswachstums-Effekt</b></font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Das Grundeinkommen stärkt
das verfügbare Einkommen der Mittelschicht und erlaubt ihr dadurch
mehr Konsum und Investitionen. Die gestiegene Nachfrage führt zu

Arbeitsplatz unter hohem Druck, viele stehen am Rand der
Überforderung, viele gefährden ihre Gesundheit durch die
Verhältnisse am Arbeitsplatz. Das Grundeinkommen bietet allen

<ul><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Alle
Erwachsenen erhalten ein Grundeinkommen von 800 Euro pro Monat
(Kinder unter 18 Jahren 400 Euro).</font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Jeder
muss von seinem Einkommen einen Steuer- und
Sozialversicherungsabschlag von 55% bezahlen. Dieser wird mit dem
Grundeinkommen von 800 Euro verrechnet und daraus ergibt sich dann
die tatsächliche Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsbelastung.</font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Jeder
kann sein monatliches Nettoeinkommen nach einer einfachen Formel
berechnen: „Nettoeinkommen = monatliches Bruttoeinkommen mal 0,45
plus 800“.</font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Eine
einheitliche Krankenversicherung für alle ist durch die geleisteten
Beiträge abgedeckt. Jede Krankenversicherung erhält für jede
versicherte Person einen einheitlichen Betrag (200 Euro pro Monat).</font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Die
Sozialversicherungsbeiträge der Arbeitgeber werden weiterhin
erhoben; in einem Übergang von 5 Jahren werden sie schrittweise
reduziert.</font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Renten
und Pensionen werden wie bisher ausbezahlt, allerdings werden sie,
ebenso wie Gewinne aus Kapitalvermögen zum Bruttoeinkommen
hinzugezählt.</font></p>
</li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font size="2">Alle
bisher geleisteten Ansprüche auf Renten und Pensionen bleiben
erhalten.</font></p>
