war, dass durch die Errichtung von Privatdiktaturen innerhalb des Gehäuses von

praktizierbarer Demokratie stattfinde. Sie lasse nur noch die Form stehen, also
eine Art schönen Schein, so dass schließlich die meisten glauben, sie lebten in

vom Volke ausgeht, so wie es nach Artikel 20 des Deutschen Grundgesetzes sein
soll. Der Begriff Privatdiktatur stammt von Noam Chomsky und deutet auf den im
Grunde eigenartigen Tatbestand hin, dass innerhalb der westlichen Demokratien
riesige als privat angesehene Organisationen häufig über fast unkontrollierbare
Macht verfügen, die zusammengenommen die Macht der Staaten übertrifft.
Tatsächlich ist es gerade aus liberaler Sicht überhaupt nicht einzusehen,
weshalb organisierte Machtausübung in großem Maßstab plötzlich gut sein soll,
nur weil ihre Träger als privat bezeichnet werden." <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

Durch Deine Frage bzgl. einer "Diktatur der Mehrheit" wird dieser
Respekt jedoch sehr arg in Frage gestellt, wenn nicht sogar vernichtet. <br>

Welche Definition von Diktatur legst denn Du Deiner Frage an die Vernünftigen
zugrunde????? <br>

Unabhängig davon frage ich Dich, inwiefern die von Dir empfohlenen Instrumente
der Volksabstimmung entgegenstehen. Wie sollen Bürgergutachten Deiner Meinung
nach zur Geltung gebracht werden, wenn nicht über Volksabstimmung? <br>
<br>
Die Ausgestaltung ist nicht nur entscheidend für ein BGE, sondern auch für ein
Gesetz, das die Volksabstimmung regelt, was u. a. die Quoren betrifft. <br>
