eine Petition ist ein "Ersuchen", ein demokratisches Grundrecht. Das
heisst es ist nicht verboten, da ausdrücklich erlaubt und geregelt,
dass wir Bürgerlein als Bittsteller "Bitte bitte" sagen dürfen. <span
class="moz-smiley-s1"><span> :-) </span></span> Muss doch ein
Supergefühl für diejenigen sein, die die großen Vermögen und das Sagen
haben, wenn 50000 oder besser 100000 BürgerInnen ihr Recht in die Hand
nehmen, aufstehen und ganz tapfer "bitte bitte" sagen. <span
class="moz-smiley-s3"><span> ;-) </span></span><br>

Im Ernst: Ich glaube nicht, dass wir uns mit dem Petitionsrecht
zufrieden geben sollten. Das mindeste was es zu erreichen gilt ist die
Zurückdrängung der Übermacht der Parteien. Bitte nicht noch eine
weitere gründen!<span class="moz-smiley-s2"><span> :-( </span></span>
Die direkte Wahl von 299 parteilosen Abgeordneten ist im Wahlrecht
vorgesehen und wir sollten dieses Recht endlich mal nutzen.

Debatte im Bundestag letzte Woche, in der alle Fraktionen betont haben
wie toll die Arbeit des Ausschusses ist, und welch wichtiges Recht das

sehr schön in einem Telefonat zu mir: Die sind in der Bringe-Schuld, da
die "ordentlich" Durchführung der Petition nicht gewährleistet war.
Zudem gab es nie eine Entschuldigung seitens der Verantwortlichen.</div>

Leitpetition zur Sammelabstimmung gestellt.</font></div>

Ausschusses, die der Beschlussfassung zum Gegenstand der Leitpetition
zugrunde lag, ist das Verfahren nicht mehr anwendbar.</font></div>

Massenpetition das Quorum von 50.000 Unterstützern erreicht (Nr. 8.2.1,
7. Spiegelstrich), so werden ein Petent oder mehrere Petenten in
öffentlicher Ausschusssitzung angehört. Der Ausschuss kann mit einer
Mehrheit von zwei Dritteln der anwesenden Mitglieder beschließen, dass
hiervon abgesehen wird. Diese Vorschriften gelten für Bitten und
Beschwerden. Aus Gründen des Persönlichkeitsschutzes kann in
persönlichen Angelegenheiten nur dann eine öffentliche Ausschusssitzung
stattfinden, wenn der oder die Betroffene zustimmt.</font></div>
