margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 16px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal Arial; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); min-height: 14px; "><br></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 16px; "><font face="Arial" size="3" color="#333333" style="font: 12.0px Arial; color: #333333">(2) Nach dem Ausschussbeschluss über eine Massenpetition (Nr. 2.2 Abs. 3) eingehende weitere Eingaben mit demselben Anliegen werden nur noch gesammelt und zahlenmäßig erfasst. Ändert sich während der Wahlperiode die Sach- und Rechtslage oder die Auffassung des Ausschusses, die der Beschlussfassung zum Gegenstand der Leitpetition zugrunde lag, ist das Verfahren nicht mehr anwendbar.</font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 16px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal Arial; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); min-height: 14px; "><br></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 16px; "><font face="Arial" size="3" color="#333333" style="font: 12.0px Arial; color: #333333">(4) Hat eine Sammel- oder Massenpetition das Quorum von 50.000 Unterstützern erreicht (Nr. 8.2.1, 7. Spiegelstrich), so werden ein Petent oder mehrere Petenten in öffentlicher Ausschusssitzung angehört. Der Ausschuss kann mit einer Mehrheit von zwei Dritteln der anwesenden Mitglieder beschließen, dass hiervon abgesehen wird. Diese Vorschriften gelten für Bitten und Beschwerden.
