entgegenzuwirken, die Forderung nach einem bedingungslosen Grundeinkommen hätte
mit der jetzigen Steuer- und Sozialversicherungspolitik nicht viel zu tun, habe
ich einen Übergang in sieben Schritten formuliert, wie die jetzigen Zustände
verbessert werden müssten, um sich einem bedingungslosen Grundeinkommen
anzunähern.</FONT></P>

Arbeitslosengeldes auf 800 Euro pro Monat.</FONT></P>

Erwerbslosen- und Einkommenslosengeld. Arbeitslos ist also derjenige, der kein
Einkommen besitzt.</FONT></P>

3:</FONT></P>

oder mittleres Einkommen hat, muss mindestens die Hälfte dieses Einkommens über
das Arbeitslosengeld hinaus als Nettogehalt behalten dürfen. Hierbei werden auch
Einkommen und Gewinne aus Vermögen oder Vermögensanlagen
berücksichtigt.</FONT></P>

Arbeitslosengeld haben alle Menschen, die legal in Deutschland leben und die
ihren ständigen Wohnsitz in Deutschland haben. (Für Wohnsitzlose: ständiger
Aufenthalt in Deutschland)</FONT></P>

Kindergeldes auf 400 Euro pro Monat.</FONT></P>

Pensionäre erhalten die gleichen Rechte wie Arbeitslose und Kleinverdiener.
Mindestens die Hälfte ihrer Renten und Einkünfte müssen ihnen über das
Arbeitslosengeld hinaus verbleiben.</FONT></P>

Anpassung des Arbeitslosengeldes und Kindergeldes an die
Inflationsrate.</FONT></P>

überlegt, ob die wichtigsten Punkte aufgezählt sind, oder ob ich etwas vergessen
habe. Übrigens ist mir aufgefallen, dass es für Rentnerinnen und Rentner
inzwischen eine Art Grundsicherung gibt. Deren Höhe hängt von der Region ab, wo
jemand wohnt, denn darin ist auch Wohngeld enthalten. Der Höchstbetrag, samt
Wohngeld, wird in München ausgezahlt und liegt dort bei etwa 800 Euro. Nur ist
hier die Krux, dass die Behörden nur bis zu diesem Betrag aufstocken. Ob einer
eine Rente von 150 Euro oder eine Rente von 800 Euro hat, am Ende erhalten beide
das gleiche.</FONT></P>
