Sozialabbaus sich zunächst auf diese Formulierung einigen könnten und auf dieser
Grundlage gemeinsam für ein „Grundrecht auf ein Einkommen und auf freie
Initiative im Wirtschaftsleben“, das in die EU-Verfassung zuschreiben wäre,
