suisse de surveillance Securitas passent en jugement à Lausanne pour
espionnage du mouvement citoyen Attac. </strong></span>L’affaire « Nestlégate »
qui avait éclaté en 2008 revient sur le devant de la scène. Ce procès
civil est décisif puisqu’il nous permettra de voir la façon dont la
justice vaudoise entend traiter une affaire de violation des droits des
citoyen-ne-s par l’une des plus puissantes multinationales au monde. Le procès se tiendra au Tribunal d’arrondissement de Lausanne au Palais de justice de Montbenon de 9h à 17h. De nombreux témoins seront entendus, dont les espionnes mais aussi les employés de Nestlé à qui les rapports étaient destinés.
