Extracting CSV summaries by day

Hi,
there are two suggestions here:
* Aggregating report per-day, and
* Putting tags in columns instead of rows.
I like the former, and it should be possible to implement that. I’m not
sure about the second, but how about
Day,Tag,Time,Percentage
2013-10-1,WWW,38m40s,69.05
2013-10-1,IRC, 7m20s,13.10
2013-10-1,PDF, 3m20s,5.95
2013-10-2,WWW,38m40s,59.05
2013-10-2,IRC, 7m20s,23.10
2013-10-2,PDF, 3m20s,5.95
...
