erst vor zwei Tagen haben wir Euch per Rundmail zum 52.
bundesweiten Treffen des ABSP eingeladen, und schon
erhaltet Ihr eine weitere Nachricht. Aber das Thema ist
sehr dringlich geworden und kann nicht bis zum 20. April
warten.<br>

Bitte lest untenstehenden Offenen Brief von
ver.di-GewerkschafterInnen sorgfältig durch. Er wendet
sich gegen die Verhandlungen zur erneuten Tarifierung
der Leiharbeit, wodurch die Schlechterstellung der
Leiharbeit tariflich fixiert würde.<br>

ver.di-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen oder auch
gewerkschaftliche Gliederungen können, wenn sie der
gleichen Meinung sind, diesen Offenen Brief mit ihrer

überrascht und verärgert haben wir, ver.di Ehren- und
Hauptamtliche aus dem Bundesgebiet, von den
Neuverhandlungen des Tarifvertrags zwischen der DGB
Tarifgemeinschaft und den Leiharbeitsverbänden BAP und
IG erfahren. Wir wenden uns deshalb mit diesem offenen
Brief an euch.<br>
<br>
Überrascht sind wir nicht zuletzt, weil es in den
letzten Monaten keinerlei demokratische Diskussion und
Meinungsbildung innerhalb unserer Gewerkschaft gab.
Nicht einmal eine Information wurde darüber verbreitet,
dass der Tarifvertrag bereits neu verhandelt wird.
Dieses intransparente Vorgehen einiger Weniger
widerspricht unserer Vorstellung einer demokratischen
Gewerkschaft und offenen Diskussionskultur! <br>
Die Ausweitung der Leiharbeit und des damit verbundenen
Lohndumpings führt zu einer Ausweitung prekärer
Beschäftigung, setzt Belegschaften unter Druck und
schwächt uns in gewerkschaftlichen Auseinandersetzungen.
Umso wichtiger ist eine gemeinsame Diskussion darüber,
wie die Leiharbeit zurückgedrängt und Equal Pay sowie
Equal Treatment durchgesetzt werden können. Eine solche
Diskussion muss unter Einbeziehung der Kolleginnen und
Kollegen in den Betrieben und Gremien geführt werden.<br>
<br>
Verärgert sind wir, weil wir den DGB Tarifvertrag mit
den Leiharbeitsverbänden für falsch und zunehmend
schädlich halten – bezüglich der Arbeits- und
Lebensbedingungen der unmittelbar betroffenen
Kolleg/innen und strategisch für die Gewerkschaften. Wir
sind gemeinsam mit zahlreichen Arbeitsrechtler/innen der
Überzeugung, dass die Vorteile einer ersatzlosen
Kündigung angesichts des Equal-Pay-Grundsatzes im
Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz gegenüber möglichen und
angeblichen Risiken deutlich überwiegen. Eine ersatzlose
Kündigung des Tarifvertrags ermöglicht die Durchsetzung
einer gleichen Bezahlung von Leiharbeiter/innen. Eine
Neuauflage des Tarifvertrags hingegen zementiert
Lohndumping durch die Leiharbeit und beschädigt unsere
gewerkschaftliche Glaubwürdigkeit nachhaltig. <br>

Wir sind deshalb nicht mehr bereit, einen erneuten DGB
Tarifvertrag in der Zeitarbeit mitzutragen. Wir fordern

Weil wiederum nachgefragt wurde:<br>
Es wurde in der Vergangenheit von verschiedenen Leuten
aus dem Netzwerk<br>
darauf hingewiesen, dass der Inhalt der als PDF-Dateien
angehängten<br>
Texte zusätzlich als Mail-Text zur Verfügung gestellt
werden solle.<br>
Infolge dessen sind die Rundmails etwas länger, damit
allen dem Netzwerk<br>
zugehörigen Personen, weitgehend unabhängig von ihrer
technischen<br>
Ausstattung, alle Informationen möglichst in gleicher
Weise zur<br>
Verfügung stehen und ebenfalls ausgedruckt vor Ort
weiter gegeben werden können.<br>
Sämtliche Teile der Rundmails dürfen auf anderen
Websites veröffentlicht werden.<br>
Es wird lediglich darum gebeten, entweder die
vollständige Rundmail zu veröffentlichen<br>
oder im Fall von auszugsweiser Veröffentlichung einen
Vermerk auf die vollständige<br>
Rundmail, die auf der Seite des ABSP veröffentlicht ist<br>
