Trotzt dieser rhetorischen Behauptung weisen die zunehmende Jugendarbeitslosigkeit, die vielfältige Benachteiligung und Orientierungslosigkeit im Bereich des Bildungssystems und Jugendpolitik darauf hin, dass es nicht mehr ausreicht, die besondern Probleme der Jugendlichen „pädagogisch, wirtschaftlich oder sozial“ wahrzunehmen und zu behandeln.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; mso-layout-grid-align: none"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Die entstehende Individualisierung und Pluralisierung der sozialen Räume und kulturellen Bereiche beeinflussen die Gestaltung der Lebenswelt von Jugendlichen sowohl in Lateinamerika als auch in Deutschland und stellen die Fähigkeit der vorhandenen Jugendpolitik besonders den Förderungsprogrammen in Frage.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; mso-layout-grid-align: none"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Aus diesem Grund ist Ziel des Seminars, einen Überblick über den theoretischen und praktischorientierten Stand des Verhältnisses „Jugend, Politik und Bildung“ in Lateinamerika und Deutschland in Form von einer Vergleichanalyse oder „internationalem Dialog“ zwischen beiden Zusammenhängen zu ermöglichen.
