<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">Nottuln/Kreis Coesfeld. 2005 ist
das Jahr für den Kauf einer Photovoltaik-Anlage (PV), meint die
Friedensinitiative Nottuln und lädt alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger, die daran ein
Interesse haben, zu einer neuen Informationsveranstaltung am Mittwoch, den 9.
März <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>2004 um 20 Uhr in die Alte
Amtmannei,<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Nottuln ein. Ziel des
Abends soll es sein, eine weitere Einkaufsgemeinschaft für PV-Anlagen zu
gründen. Diese Einkaufsgemeinschaft wird sich nicht auf Nottuln beschränken.
Auch Bürgerinnen und Bürger aus den anderen Kommunen des Kreises sind dazu
eingeladen. Wie berichtet, haben sich erfolgreich im letzten Jahr <SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>schon Solarinitiativen gegründet, die
über 100 Solaranlagen zur Stromproduktion auf die Dächer von Einfamilienhäusern
bringen wird. Da dies zurzeit sehr günstig, praktisch ohne Eigenkapital möglich
ist, rät die FI dazu, sofort am Anfang dieses Jahres Kaufverträge abzuschließen.
Dafür wird der Informationsabend konkrete Vorschläge machen. </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:PersonName>Michael
Keimburg</st1:PersonName> (<st1:PersonName>FI Nottuln</st1:PersonName>) wird zu
Beginn des Abends in das Thema „Ein Solarkraftwerk auf das eigene Hausdach“
einführen und dabei die Funktionsweise und die <SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Umweltaspekte bei der Produktion von
Solarstrom erläutern. Keimburg wird auch die schon bestehenden Solarinitiativen
und deren Arbeitsweise vorstellen. Norbert Wienke, Finanzexperte der FI, wird
ein Konzept einer günstigen Finanzierung der eigenen Hausanlage entwickeln.
Dabei werden die finanziellen Vorteile, die sich aus dem
Erneuerbare-Energie-Gesetz (EEG) ergeben, deutlich werden. Ebenso werden
günstige Kreditmöglichkeiten – u.a. aus dem CO2-Minderungsprogramm der
Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) - dargelegt. Darüber hinaus werden die<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Steuervorteile beim Kauf einer
Solaranlage <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>vorgestellt. Dr.
<st1:PersonName>Rainer</st1:PersonName> Möllenkamp Naturwissenschaftler und
Techniker, wird Kriterien für eine Kaufentscheidung entwickeln. Für die letzten
Solarinitiativen hat sich Dr. Möllenkamp intensiv mit den derzeitig auf dem
Markt zur Verfügung stehenden Produkten beschäftigt und kann hier seine
Erfahrungen weitergeben. Günther Sabeck schließlich wird für die Firma
PV-Konzept der neuen Einkaufsgemeinschaft ein konkretes Angebot – Module,
Wechselrichter und Installation – vorlegen. Geht es nach der Erfahrung der
letzten Solarinitiative, wird es weitere Treffen der Interessenten geben, an
deren Ende eine konkrete Kaufentscheidung steht.</P>
